1. Controller
FrameAI is a service provided by Polsia BV, registered in the Netherlands. All personal data processed in connection with the service is controlled by Polsia BV.
2. Email Address
Your email address is collected at Stripe Checkout when you sign up or upgrade a subscription. It is stored in our users table alongside your Stripe customer ID. FrameAI does not use your email for marketing purposes. Billing is processed by Stripe; no payment card data is stored on our servers.
3. Structural Drawings
PDFs you upload to FrameAI are stored on Polsia R2 object storage. These files are processed by our pipeline and are deleted within 30 days of processing. Structural drawings remain your intellectual property; FrameAI does not share them with third parties.
4. Usage Analytics
FrameAI uses Polsia Analytics to collect anonymous visit-level data (pages visited, session duration). No personal data beyond an anonymous visitor identifier is collected. Analytics data is used solely to understand product usage and improve the service.
5. Data Processors
FrameAI works with the following third-party processors, each under their own data processing agreement:
- Stripe — payment processing; handles billing subscriptions and checkout sessions
- Polsia (R2) — object storage for uploaded PDFs and generated drawings
- OpenAI — GPT-4o vision API used to extract beam/column specifications from PDF pages; each image is sent to OpenAI solely for the purpose of extraction and is not retained after processing
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP)
