Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Earned and unlocked rewards are honoured.

Who qualifies to be a partner? ▼
Any structural engineering consultancy, BIM manager, or EPC contractor with a network of peer firms. We approve all applications — there is no exclusivity requirement and no sales target.
What does the referred customer get? ▼
Nothing. The referred user pays the regular price with no discount or benefit. This is a straightforward peer referral — you benefit, not them.
How do I unlock the 3 months free? ▼
Once your referred customer pays for 3 consecutive months of Pro, or the annual Pro fee, the credit is automatically applied to your FrameAI account. No claim form, no invoice.
What happens if a referred customer cancels before month 3? ▼
If the referred customer cancels before completing 3 paid months, the condition is not met and no credit is earned. If they re-subscribe later, the clock starts fresh.
Can I refer my own firm? ▼
No. Self-referral is not permitted under the partner terms. The program is designed for peer-to-peer referrals across independent organisations.
Is there co-marketing support? ▼
Yes. The partner dashboard includes ready-to-use marketing assets: logo files, a one-pager PDF, LinkedIn post templates, and benchmark screenshots. Email partners@polsia.app for custom co-branding requests.
